The TESOL course also uses:

• The TKT Glossary



Your teacher will also provide handouts from a selection of other reference text books, such as:

• How to Teach English. New Edition. Jeremy Harmer. Pearson Longman.
• How to Teach Grammar. Scott Thornbury. Pearson Longman.
• The A-Z of English Grammar & Usage. Geoffrey Leech. Longman


The following books will be made available to source activities and exercises from:

• Oxford Practice Grammar. John Eastwood. Oxford University Press.
• Pairwork 1 & 2. New Edition. Peter Watcyn-Jones. Penguin English.
• The New Headway Series; teacher’s book, student book, workbook. Liz and John Soars.
Oxford University Press.

The teacher will also add information based on their own teaching experiences. Notes will be made onto the whiteboard. Each student should write down information from the whiteboard into their folder.
